My professional journey began in 2001, shortly after graduating from technical high school. After a few years of experience, I clearly understood that my path was motorsport. Thanks to the opportunity given to me by Mauro Nocentini, I joined the MRT team, working on Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution cars in the Italian Rally Championship and later in the P-WRC.
I then moved into the world of rally-raid, joining the Italian team Tecnosport. My first Dakar Rally came in 2007, where I worked as Chief Mechanic for Kenjiro Shinozuka, an experience that marked a turning point in my career. In 2009, together with the team, we won the FIA World Cup title in the T2 (Production) class, confirming the strength of our technical approach in one of the toughest disciplines in motorsport.
Between 2013 and 2014, I was also involved in the re-engineering project of the former Abarth works “Pandakar”, contributing to the technical redevelopment of the vehicle.
From 2015 to 2021, I continued my rally-raid career through a long-term collaboration with Overdrive Racing and Toyota Gazoo Racing, working alongside one of the most successful drivers in the discipline, Nasser Al-Attiyah. During this period, we achieved the overall FIA World Cup titles in 2016 and 2017, as well as the overall victory at the Dakar Rally in 2019 with the Toyota Hilux T1.
In parallel with my motorsport career, in 2018 I began my path within the Ferrari and Maserati world, working at an official dealer in Oslo. Over time, I achieved the highest levels of certification, becoming a Ferrari Master Technician, obtaining the F-HVT (Ferrari High Voltage Technician) qualification, and later taking on the role of Shop Foreman.
In 2024, I graduated in Norway, earning the Fagbrev certification with the highest grade, which gave me the opportunity to open my independent workshop dedicated to Italian cars.
During 2024 and 2025, I also collaborated with the team RossoCorsa Racing, working in both the European and North American Ferrari Challenge championships. In the role of chief car, I was involved in the preparation and race support of Ferrari 488 Challenge and Ferrari 296 Challenge cars. At the end of the season 2025 we ended first ans second in the ShellAM class and first in the gentemlen class.
Motorsport is an environment where reliability, precision and rapid problem-solving are not optional — they are essential. It teaches a very specific mindset: there are no shortcuts, no approximations and no room for error. Every component, every adjustment and every decision must be made with absolute clarity and technical confidence. This philosophy has become the foundation of my work.
